I needed a straight forward screen replacement for my iphone and found Simsim Repairs. After entering and being warmly greeted and explaining the work needed, Azam quickly offered me 3 options, varying in price point - low to high. Varying price options just show cased his experience and professionalism as some people may be working with their own specific budget. He explained the differences in quality and visual characteristics according to the price, and offered his personal opinion when appropriate. Turn around was speedy, and I collected the repair within 30 minutes after visiting the shop. Turned out my phone had some prior issues from a sketchy repair from another shop. Azam was very patient in explaining the issues to me in detail and offered some solutions. Azam followed up the service with a message attaching photos and paperwork for my own reference.
